Berekum Chelsea trashed Accra Lions 4-0 in their GPL match day 30 fixture at the Golden City Park.
Accra Lions were defeated 4-0 by Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park after a fantastic second-half performance by the home team. Stephen Amankona scored a brace, while Awuah Dramani and Patrick Ansu each added a goal to secure the victory for Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League.
The first half was exciting with both teams putting up a good show, but there were no goals at the end of it.

However, two minutes into the second half, Berekum Chelsea was awarded a penalty, and Amankona converted it to put the home team ahead.
Berekum Chelsea continued their excellent performance and scored again on the hour mark through Amankona. Dramani added to the scoreline five minutes later, and Ansu completed the rout in injury time.
Berekum Chelsea bounced back from their previous heavy defeat to Karela with a brilliant display in front of their supporters, while Accra Lions’ poor form continued, having only won one of their last six matches.
