This move comes after the Ghanaian football administrator’s successful tenure with Asante Kotoko, where he guided the team to league success in 2022.

Nana Yaw Amponsah’s initial task at Petrocub will be leading the team in the Cupa Moldova against FC Stauceni.

Notably, he joins Ghanaian goalkeeper Razak Abalora, who recently joined the club during the winter transfer window.

With a wealth of experience in football management, Nana Yaw Amponsah’s new role marks another chapter in his career after previously serving as the founder and president of Division One side Phar Rangers and the CEO for Asante Kotoko.
