Nigeria Super Eagles suffered defeat on Sunday night in Texas where they were beaten 2-1 by Mexico in a friendly game.

Gimenez opened the scoring for Mexico in the first half, Cyril Dessers scored the equalizer in the opening minutes of the second half before Ekong’s own goal sealed victory for Mexico.
