The Black Stars midfielder’s legal team sought to overturn Canada’s refusal to grant him a Temporary Resident Visa after immigration authorities cited in his ongoing legal trial in the UK.

The ruling has been delivered which bars the player from entering the country as was initially ruled against him.

Querioz will have to pick a team without Partey against Panama with Caleb Yirenkyi and Elisha Owusu set to get the nod in midfield.
The 33-year-old will hope to make it back into the match day squad against England and Croatia in the second and third game respectively.
