    Carlos Queiroz has set his sights on winning every game of the Black Stars at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
    The team has touched down in Rhode Island, USA, to fine-tune their preparations for their upcoming group games.

    Speaking to reporters at the airport, the Portuguese tactician was confident about the team’s performance in the lead-up to the first group L game.
    “I have fantastic players and human beings. Our expectations are to play good football and win every single game.”

    The 73-year old will hope to rely on the notable experience of Jordan Ayew, Antoine Selorm Semenyo, Inaki Williams, Thomas Partey, and Caleb Yirenkyi in the absence of Mo Kudus, Alex Djiku, and Mohammed Salisu.
    The Black Stars will play Panama on Thursday, June, 18,2026 at the BMO Field Stadium.
