Hrave Ggbafa scored two goals within seven minutes to give the Black Starlets the lead but hotshot forward, Adeleke Abdulmuiz pulled his side level to end the first half.

Adeleke Abdulmuiz crowned a glorious night for the Super Eaglets as his long bursting run from midfield saw him score the match-winner in additional time of the second half.

Meanwhile, with FIFA’s decision to expand the U17 World Cup to 48 teams, the Black Starlets could be handed a lifeline when the proposal is approved.
