    The Dragons of Wales will face the Black Stars of Ghana in a historic international friendly at Cardiff City Stadium on Tuesday, 2 June 2026 at 18: 45 pm.
    Wales missed out on qualifying to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, but Ghana will be making it’s fifth appearance at the World stage.

    Head coach Craig Bellamy hopes to properly integrate the emerging players as they look ahead to co-hosting Euro 2028.

    The likes of Brennan Johnson, Ethan Ampadu, Joe Rodon, and Lewis Koumas are expected to be given a chance to impress the home fans in Cardiff.

    Meanwhile, Ghana is under a new technical direction with just ten days to the World Cup, having sacked Otto Addo for experienced Portuguese veteran  Carlos Queiroz.
    Despite losing their last five internationals, including defeats to Mexico and Germany, the Black Stars will be hoping to make amends as expectations for the team ahead of the World Cup has spirialled to an all time low ahead of the World Cup in North America.

    It is expected that Lawrence Ati-Zigi will be in post, flanked by Senaye, Gideon, Opoku, Adjetey, Partey, Sibo, and Owusu in a midfield trio and Jordan, Kamaldeen, and Fatau in attack.
