    Ghana’s Black Starlets thrashed Kazakhstan in a 5-1 victory in the ongoing UEFA U16 International Development Tournament in Volgograd, Russia. 



    The Black Starlets were down inside the first 20 minutes as Kurmanakhan found the back of the net following an early display of dominance over their opponents. 

    WATCH HIGHLIGHTS :

    The goal awakes the demon in the Starlets who responded in equal measure through, Benjamin Tsevanyo in the 42nd minute. 

    With minutes to end the first half, Joseph Narbi showcased his talent scoring two goals in a space of three minutes to give his side two goals cushioning heading into the first-half break.

    After the break, the West African side, was back on the score sheet through Abdulai Nortey in the 59th minute with Benjamin Hanson sealing victory with the fifth goal on the day.

    Coach Laryea Kingson will be delighted with his side’s overall performance as they prepare for the upcoming WAFU Zone B U17 tournament set to be held in Accra next month.
