Ghana Premier League, Asante Kotoko has sealed the deal for Berekum Chelsea’s defender, Henry Ansu.

The highly rated center-back penned a three-year deal with the Kumasi-based club ahead of the new season.

The 24- year old was crucial to Berekum Chelsea’s push for a top-half finish and it was least surprising that he made, 18 appearances, bagging two man-of-the-match awards in the just ended season.

Speaking to the Porcupine Warriors’ in-house media outlet, Ansu is fired upp Kotoko.

“It’s a dream come true because this is a club that most players dream of as a young player, and I am happy to be one of the lucky few,” he says.

“It’s a new challenge, and I know this is a club that demands more from players, but I am ready to make a mark and help the team win whatever trophy is available,” he stated.

Ansu is expected to shore up the defense of Kotoko in their bid to reclaim the Ghana Premier League trophy they lost to Medeama SC last season.
