Kotoko should be praised even if they get knocked out – JE Sarpong

Coach JE Sarpong believes that Asante Kotoko should be praised even if they fail to make it to the quarter-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup.

Asante Kotoko qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup group stages for the first time after many years, they are on the verge of qualifying for the quarter-finals and JE Sarpong believes that CK Akonnor should be praised even if they don’t qualify.

“Even if Kotoko get knocked out at this stage, the team and the coach must be praised because they have done well for themselves and nation, he told Asempa FM.



Asante Kotoko will face Zesco United on Sunday in Zambia, they need a win to qualify for the quarter-finals.
