Black Stars’ new head coach Carlos Queiroz has arrived in Accra ahead of his official unveiling.
The 73-year-old replaced Otto Addo, who failed at his job for the second time of asking, following a poor string of results.
He was met at the airport by a host of supporters, high-ranking football people, mediamen, and others.
Queiroz’s arrival in Ghana lays the foundation for his official unveiling scheduled for Thursday, April 23, at 1:00 PM at the Alisa Hotel in Accra.
The Portuegse trainer has amanaged side’s like Portugal, Iran, South Africa, Qatar, and Egypt.
He is expected to lead the Black Stars in their double friendly games against Mexico and Wales.

He will supervise the games against Panama, England, and Croatia in Group L of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
