Hearts cop Carlos Pinto as new Technical Director Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have officially announced Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto as their new Technical Director. The new man will hopefully steer the technical direction of the club ahead of the new season 2020-21.
