Asante Kotoko have formalized the acquisition of former Hearts of Oak defender Mohammed Alhassan on a free transfer. The player was released by the former winners of the Ghana Premier League following a string of issues which bothered on non-performance and other disciplinary issues.  The player was officially confirmed by Kotoko on Thursday on a one-year deal. Real Tamale United’s David Abagna has completed a move to  Al Hilal for a reported $200,000 fee, he signed a 3-year deal with Sudanese giants.
