    Ghana coach Otto Addo has out doored his squad for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers against Angola and Niger.

     



    The squad witnessed some absence, club-less captain, Andre Ayew, Salis Samed, Baba Rahman (personal reasons), Ernest Nuamah (inflammation), Kamal, Ibrahim Sulemana (ankle), and Forson Amankwah were out with different injuries.

    Belgian-based Majeed Ashimeru and Athletic Bilbao star Inaki Williams have been added to the squad by the technical team ahead of the doubleheader.

    The team will be at home at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium to clash with Angola on September 5, 2024, and four days later with Niger in Morocco.

    Goalkeepers: Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Frederick Asare, Joseph Wollacott

    Defenders: Alidu Seidu, Tariq Lamptey, Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu, Abdul Mumin, Jerome Opoku, Ebenezer Annan, Kingsley Schindler

    Midfielders: Mohammed Kudus, Abu Francis, Thomas Partey, Elisha Owusu, Majeed Ashimeru

    Forwards: Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, Joseph Paintsil, Ibrahim Osman, Antoine Semenyo, Inaki Williams, Brandon Thomas-Asante, Jordan Ayew
