Nations FC took a huge leap to securing the Ghana Premier League as they dispatched defending champions, Samartex with cheeky ease at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium.

Former Ghana Premier League winners, Hearts of Oak made two wins from two as they beat Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium. Goals from Asubonteng Enock, Asmah Kwesi, and Issah Hamza, and consolation from Lawrence Setordjie settled the game for the Phobians.
