Asante Kotoko coach Seydou Zerbo was left fuming at his side’s profligacy during their 1- 1 draw against Tamale City in a  midweek clash at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium.

The team managed to secure a draw over the weekend through a last-gasp Kwadwo Appau goal to bag a point against Great Olympics.

The Porcupine Warriors got the lead through Issah Nyaabila’s own goal in the 84 minutes but they were pegged back six months to regulation time by Babamu Ibrahim.

Speaking to reporters after the game, a furious coach, Zerbou fumed at his boys for failing to preserve their slender lead by allowing the home side to settle for a point.

” We have drawn three consecutive matches and this is an individual mistake from our defenders and we lost concentration” he ended.

This draw marks Kotoko’s third consecutive draw against sides, Aduana Stars, Great Olympics, and now Tamale City.

Their last home victory came up against Berekum Chelsea at home as they travel away to Dun’s park to face off with Bibiani GoldStars
