    The Black Stars trained for the second day running at the Accra Sports Stadium ahead of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2026 qualifiers against Chad.

     



    On Monday, only nine players reported for training alongside the full complement of the technical team headed by Otto Addo.

    Today, twenty-three players arrived to continue preparations for the game on Friday evening.

    It was an eventful training session as the team learned several tactics, formations and variations for the crucial World Cup qualifying game.

    Squad

    Goalkeepers:
    Lawrence Ati-Zigi (FC St. Gallen), Joseph Wollacott (Crawley Town), Benjamin Asare (Hearts of Oak).

    Defenders:
    Gideon Mensah (AJ Auxerre), Ebenezer Annan (Red Star Belgrade), Mohammed Salisu (AS Monaco), Jerome Opoku (Istanbul Basaksehir), Alexander Djiku (Fenerbahçe), Jonas Adjetey (FC Basel), Razak Simpson (Nations FC), Kingsley Schindler (Samsunspor), Kamaradini Mamudu (Medeama SC).

    Midfielders:
