Ghana Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo has rated the quality of his players ahead of the crucial duel against Mali in their 2026 World Cup qualifier.

The two teams will test their might against each other in game three of the 2026 World Cup qualifying games at the Stade 26 Mars Stadium which harbors a capacity of 50,000 at 19:00 GMT.

The Black Stars have all to play for as a win over their West African rivals could breathe life into their World Cup hopes with the tournament slated for USA/Canada and Mexico, in 2026.

Otto Addo making a return to the Black Stars is optimistic about his side’s chances against Mali.

“Surely, I think we are ready for the game. I am very satisfied with how the players understood how we want to play,” he said.

“This is going to be a tough match away in Mali but we also have the quality to compete against them although we didn’t have a good AFCON.

“We have the players to get three points from Mali.” he ended.
