    The Black Stars of Ghana beat Central African at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

     



    Following the home side’s early lead through a Jordan Ayew penalty in the 5th minute, they went to sleep conceding a brace from Louis Mafouta to aid the away side into the lead.

    The second half saw the home side play with much purpose and intensity which saw Jordan head in a sweet cross from Gideon Mensah as well as bundle home a Kudus effort which was initially saved by the goalkeeper, in the 69th minute.

    WATCH HIGHLIGHTS :

    Fatawu scored a beauty in-between Jordan Ayew’s second and third goals to send the home fans into rupture cheers.

    Louis Mafouta was not happy with his brace as he scored a last-minute free kick which came a little too late to sway the results into the side’s favor.

    The Black Stars have 9 points followed by Madagascar, and Comoros with 6 points respectively.
