I want to score and assist more for Amiens – Emmanuel Lomotey

Ghana and Amiens SC midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey has set sights on scoring more as well as aiding his teammates to score more in the ongoing French Ligue II season for club, Amiens.

The towering midfield gem has been unable to hit the back of the net or assist any of his teammates in the ten (10) games he has featured out of a total of seventeen (17) games for his club side this season.

According to the former Extremadura midfielder, he is keen to change his poor stat, when his side take to the field over the weekend should he get the nod from coach Tanchot Oswald when they travel away to face Guingamp

In an interview with Saharafootball.net, he remarked that, together with his teammates, they will be looking to push their side to finish in the top half when the league ends in the coming months.

“We are working hard in training to ensure that we move up the ladder on the league log, there some matches we should have won but we didn’t, the draws are too many, it’s all in the past now.”.

“I want to score and assist more for my club that way, we can win and change our position, I have been working really hard in training and it’s my hope that it will reflect on the field soon.”

Amiens have copped 23 points from 17 fixtures so far in Ligue II.
