    Walid Regragui not interested in BlackStars job

    Former Morocco coach Walid Regragui has ruled out the possibility of taking over the Black Stars job.



    Otto Addo was relieved from his role on Monday, 31, after losing to Germany in an international friendly game, making it vacant.
    This has necessitated the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to open the role up for applicants to apply for the vacant job.

    There have been a host of names linked to the job, and Walid Regragui, the former Morocco head coach famed for aiding them to a semi-final finish at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
    In a quickturn ofevets, Regragui’s representatives have come to deny his interst in the BlackStars job.
    Saharafootball.net is reliably informed that the African-Arabian is close to agreeing a deal to replace Herve Renard as head coach of Saudi Arabia.

    Others linked to the job are Kwesi Appiah, Pitso Mosimane, Tom Saintfiet, and Herve Renard.
    Ghana will face Panama, England, and Croatia in Group L of the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup.
