Ghana’s Black Starlets is billed to take on the Stallions of Burkina Faso in the semi-finals of the 2024 WAFU B U-17 Africa Cup of Nations tournament at the University of Ghana Stadium in Legon.

The Starlets have enjoyed a rollercoaster run from hitting five past Cote d’Ivoire in the opening duel to beat Benin by two goals to nil which has catapulted them to the semifinals of the ongoing competition where they will face the Stallions on Saturday.

Burkina Faso placed second behind Nigeria in Group B to set up a date with the host nation.

Ghana will hope to avenge their defeat against Burkina Faso when the tournament was played in Cape Coast last year denting their hopes of sealing qualification for the youth tournament.
