The Black Queens will engage in three international warm-up matches ahead of the upcoming Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) slated for Morocco.
The friendly games are against Malawi, Botswana, and Nigeria.
The team has been involved in some friendly duels these past few weeks against Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, and Morocco, and will use the opportunity to test their might against these African counterparts.
The team will host Malawi at the Ziaida Complex in Benslimane on June 21, before taking on Botswana four days later at the same venue.

The Queens will then wrap up with a game against arch-rivals, the Super Falcons, on Friday, June 29, at the Lanouria Complex in a must-win showdown.

Kim Lars Bjorkegren will hope for an improved performance after losing three out of five games that he has superintended for the Black Queens.

The Black Queens are housed in Group C and will play South Africa in it’s first group game on July 7, Mali on July11, Tanzania on July 14,2025.
