Ghana Premier League side, WAFA SC have almost but sealed a deal for Spanish trainer, Guillermo Hamdan Zaragoza to take over the vacant coaching position at the club.

The position became vacant earlier this month after Prosper Narteh Ogum accepted to take charge of Kumasi-based club Kotoko in the upcoming Ghana Premier League campaign.

The Spanish trainer has since been spotted feverishly training with the Sogakope lads who have resumed campaigning ahead of schedule to better prepare themselves for the arduous task of playing in the league.

It’s however expected that the club will announce the Spaniard officially in the coming days once contractual details have been ironed out as soon as possible.

WAFA SC came behind Hearts and Kotoko in the just ended Ghana Premier League 2020-21 league season and will be looking to do even better when the approaching season kicks off soon.
