Victorien Adebayor joins Legon Cities on loan

Victorien Adje Adebayor is back in the country from Danish club HB Koge joining Ghana Premier League setup Legon Cities FC on a short-term deal.

HB Koge confirmed the departure of the lanky forward to Legon Cities in a loan move that will last for the second round of the ongoing Ghana Premier League 2020/2021 campaign.

The 24-year old crossed carpets to join Danish second-tier side from Ghana Premier League outfit Inter Allies FC in October 2020 after an impressive outing in the recently truncated league.

During his stay on Ghana, he managed an impressive 12 goals in 13 matches to the admiration of football lovers in the country and beyond.

Hopefully, his signing will propel Legon Cities to a favourable finish following the recent acquisitions of Richmond Antwi, Hans Kwofie and Justice Anane.
