Social media has been washed with tributes from Ghanaians and other personalities following the passing away of Christian Atsu, who was caught under the rubble following a terrifying earthquake that hit parts of Turkey/Syria a few weeks ago.

The forward was one of several people that were trapped under the rubble only to be confirmed dead after 11 days of search by Turkish authorities and other philanthropic agencies.

This morning, February,18, several news outlets in Turkey confirmed the news of Christian Atsu’s death which has others expressing their condolences.

    Başımız sağ olsun.
