    Asante Kotoko CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah has broken his long silence following GFA’s verdict on match-fixing allegations amongst some of the Ghana Premier League.



    According to the CEO, who feels the timing of the verdict is wrong and might lead to more manipulation in the football fraternity

    “The timing of the decision (VERDICT) by the @ghanafaofficial is so wrong, so poor, they have created an enabling environment for more manipulation like even before,” via Peace FM

    AshGold and Kotoko were billed to play in matchday 29 of the league but the match was called off due to security reasons by the GFA.

    Kotoko lie on the summit of the table with 56 points followed closely by Bechem United.
