    English side, Stoke City are near to signing Ghanaian international, Tariqe Fosu from Brentford in a season-long loan.



    The versatile player is said to have impressed on his about-to-be employers in the former season as such are looking to add him to the squad before the transfer window closes in the coming days.

    Stoke City coach Michael O’Neill is set to be a huge admirer of the versatile winger and has implored the club’s hierarchy to push for the player to be signed immediately.



    The 26-year-old until his injury which left him gasping for a starting berth was deployed in several positions left wing, wing-back, right-back, attacking midfielder, second striker, and others.

    If everything goes according to plan, Fosu will move to Stoke City in the coming days to do his medicals ahead of the loan move

    Tariqe has been with Brentford for the last three seasons and featured in over 50 appearances for them, he would relish an opportunity to rediscover his form as the World Cup approaches in anticipation of a spot with the Ghana BlacStars.
