    Former Asante Kotoko striker Steven Mukwala has finalized a deal with one of Tanzania’s outfits Simba SC, following the expiration of his contract with the Ghanaian club.



    The 24-year-old forward left Kotoko following the expiration of his contract. He has inked a deal with the Tanzania club for a three-year deal with Simba SC.

    The terms of his contract will see him earn a whopping $130,000 and a monthly salary of $9,000 and other juicy packages.

    The Ugandan international teamed up with Kotoko some two seasons ago as a free agent following the expiration of his contract with his native club, Uganda Rivers Authority FC.

    During his first season, he made over thirty appearances and scored 11 goals for Kotoko in the 2022/2023 football season.

    In the just-ended season, Mukwala led the attack for Kotoko, who found the back of the net, fourteen times in 28 appearances for the Porcupine Warriors who finished who finished 6th with 49 points from 33 games.
