Show Andre Ayew Black Stars exit – Osei Kuffour

Former Ghana international, Emmanuel Osei Kuffour has suggested that it’s time for captain, Andre Dede Ayew to be shown the exit door by the management of the Black Stars.

According to him, the captain of the Black Stars is way past his peak and needs to be excused from the team to allow room for other emerging talents to take up their positions within the national team.

Andre got his breakthrough with the national team in the AFCON 2008 and followed up to captain the Black Satellites to the victory in 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup.

Speaking to Accra based Onua FM in a recent interview, Osei Kuffour, opined that, the technical team should consider making room for other players and let go off Andre Ayew from national team assignment.

“Andre Ayew is done with the Black Stars and should be shown the exit in order to open doors for emerging talents like Kudus Mohammed,”

“Dede Ayew has been with the Black Stars since 2008, and it’s time to leave. Kudus Mohammed, Kamaldeen Sulemana, and others also need the space to show us what they have.” he ended.

Andre has become a mainstay since he burst onto the scene in 2008, scoring 24 goals in 113 outings for the national team.
