    Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has waded into the discussions surrounding the regular dismal of BlackStars head coach.



    According to the Speaker of Parliament for Ghana, the dismal of coaches doesn’t solve the dwindling fortunes plaguing our football.

    He highlighted the need for us to implement policies that will help curb our repetitive failures in tournaments over the last few years.

    “The Black Stars and their handlers must know that they represent more than just a football team; they are a symbol of our national pride, cohesion, and resilience,” said Bagbin. He calls for a thorough evaluation of football infrastructure, youth development programs, coaching standards, and administrative structures to identify areas for improvement.

    “Sacking of coaches is not the panacea of the challenges we must evaluate our football infrastructure, youth development programs, coaching standards, and administrative structures to identify areas for improvement.

    Bagbin believes that the football hierarchy will take important steps to switch up the fortunes of the league through proper planning, consultation, and implementation of policies and strategies to help our football.
