    RB Salzburg midfielder, Lawrence Agyekum is set to miss the start of the season due to a shoulder injury.


    The attacking midfielder suffered a shoulder injury in training with his teammates.
    Agyekum enjoyed a fantastic season with the Austrian club, helping them to win the league title at the expense of, SK Sturm Graz, LASK, Rapid Wien, and others.

    Speaking to Saharafootball.net, the young talent was hopeful of making a comeback soon after undergoing successful surgery to correct a shoulder injury.
    He said “After one of our training sessions, I felt a sharp pain in my right shoulder, which I complained to the club doctors
    “I underwent a successful surgery and am hoping to get back to action as soon as possible” he ended.
    RB Salzburg will be hoping to launch a defense to their title with the league fixtures starting on July,28,2023.
