French club OGC Nice have set sights on signing Ghanaian midfielder Kudus Mohammed ahead of the new season.

The creative force who joined the Dutch side from Danish club Nordsjælland some two seasons ago has gone on to establish himself as a mainstay with his current club.

According to reports from L’Equipe, the French club have tabled a €12m offer to the Dutch club for the services of Kudus.

It remains to be seen if Ajax will let go of one of their budding talents or whether, the player’s representatives will be swayed by the prospects of playing in the French Ligue1, which has a considerable amount of Ghanaian talents.

Last season, the young midfielder had his runs with injuries which kept him out of action for a number of months in the season but still helped his team to the Eredivise.

Kudus is currently back with his club as they step up preparations for the 2022/2023 season.
