Nsoatreman FC was dealt a serious blow by Algeria club CS Constantine in the first leg of their CAF Confederations Cup at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Kwame Adu Meider had the early chance of the game but squandered it much to the disappointment of the home fans.
Forward Zakaria Benchaa turned his marker inside out as he raced through into the penalty box to slot one past the Nsoatreman FC goalkeeper, Daniel Afadzwu in the 11th minute.

Benchaa was back on the scoresheet again 16 minutes later to end the first half, 2-0.
