    Dreams FC shot-stopper, Augustine Koomson has shared his excitement following his team’s history-making feat over King Faisal in the final of the MTN FA Cup.



    The team beat Skyy FC in the semi-finals of the competition and had King Faisal to contend with for the trophy which they didn’t disappoint winning by 2-0 on the day.

    Speaking to Sharafootball.net, after the game elated, Koomson was full of praise for his side’s teamwork leading up to the finals of the competition. 



    “It’s a good feeling because the journey from the start hasn’t been easy for us but we(players) were determined to leave our mark in this competition and make history, I’m glad we have been able to make history” he ended.

    Koomson endured an injury-ravaged season and will hope the season ahead is an injury-free one under coach Karim Zito

    The Dawu-based club having won the competition for the first time in the club’s history has been bestowed with the singular honor of representing, Ghana in the next edition of the CAF Confederations Cup.
