    An Abdul Aziz Issah’s strike was enough for defending champions, Dreams FC to book a spot in the semi-finals over Soccer Intellectuals on Thursday.



    The Dawu-based club was recently ousted from their maiden participation in the CAF Confederations Cup by Egyptian giants, Zamalek after a gallant run from the group stages to the semi-finals of the competition.

    They switched focus to playing Soccer Intellectuals on Thursday in the MTN FA Cup quarter-finals, in which they showcased their superiority against the Division One club. 

    Hotshot, Aziz broke the deadlock for Karim Zito’s men after 29 minutes which they held on through to the final whistle.

    Dreams FC will face Bofoakwa Tano while Nsoatreman and Legon Cities will be the other paring of the semi-finals
