Medeama SC have all but sealed a deal to bring in Ignatius Osei-Fosu to fill the vacant coaching position at the club.

The young energetic coach, who is widely known on the local scene for his action-backed speeches during pressers is said to have concluded personal terms with the Tarkwa based club.

He will take over from Yaw Preko, who was relieved off his duties together with Yaw Acheampong after failing to annex the Ghana Premier League 2020-21 trophy finishing 5th on log and losing to Accra Hearts of Oak in the semi-finals of the MTN FA CUP.

Osei-Fosu guided  Techiman based  Eleven Wonders FC to a 12th place spot in the just-ended campaign.

Hopefully, barring any last-minute hitches, he is expected to be officially announced as the new man to lead Medeama SC to the promised land after many years of trophy drought in the league since their promotion.
