Medeama announce signing of Zakaria Mumuni and Benjamin Arthur

Ghana Premier League side Medeama have completed the signing of talented winger Zakaria Mumuni and midfielder Benjamin Arthur in the ongoing transfer window.



Benjamin Arthur joins Medeama from Elmina Sharks.

“Ben is a brilliant player and we’re happy to have him join the group,” coach Samuel Boadu told medeamasc.com

“He is a top-quality player who will be an exciting addition to our talented crop of players.

“Hopefully he can hit the ground running and contribute significantly to the Medeama project.”

Benjamin Arthur said: “I am excited to be here as I open a new chapter in my career,”

“I want to thank coaches, officials, former colleagues and fans of Elmina Sharks for an amazing years at the club.

Medeama also announced the signing of Zakaria Mumuni on a free transfer after the player ended his stay at A.S Vita.

Mumuni who was linked to Asante Kotoko signed a two-year contract with the Tarkwa based club.

“We are excited to have Zakaria with us. He brings wealth of experience and technical know-how to our setup,” coach Samuel Boadu said

“The club has been on his tail for couple of months now and we’re happy he has finally joined us.

“We know of his quality and will be a great addition to the squad. We want to build a formidable team capable of challenging for honours this season and beyond.

Zakaria Mumuni told medeamasc.com: “This is an incredible opportunity to join a club with such an amazing project.
