    Ghana forward, Maxwell Abbey-Quaye has joined Saudi Arabian club, Altehami in the ongoing transfer window till the end of the season.



    The forward was an integral player for Iraqi based club, Al Sinaa before switching camps to join the Saudi club.

    Before he departed from the club, he was involved in two goals contributions which shot Al Sinaa up to the second spot in the league.

    Speaking to Saharafootball.net about his move to Altehami, he expressed delight and hoped to make the best out of it.

    “It’s a great honor and a very good opportunity for me to continue my development here in Saudi. I take it upon myself to do the needful to help the club qualify for the second tier”

    He added “I’m hoping to give my best to the club“

    Abbey-Quaye carved a niche for himself in the Ghana Premier League with Great Olympics before moving on to seek greener pastures with Iraqi clubs such as DUKOK, Al Sinaa, and MSK Zilina.

    The 25-year-old will be hoping to impress on his new suitor, Altehami in the Saudi League.
