    Kotoko lost the plot to secure a home victory as they shared the spoils with Bechem United in a keenly contested game on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium.


    In an emotional turn of events, Kotoko paid tribute to two legends Joe Debrah and Robert Eshun, who both passed away this week. A minute of silence was held in their Honour.

    Following their four-goal thriller at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex against Nations FC, they were looking to put some life back in into their league contention aspirations at home.
    Peter Amidu’s breathtaking strike in the 9th minute for the Porcupine Warriors set the tone for an enterprising end to the first half.
    Former player, Augustine Okrah got back into his groove as he restored the Hunters on parity nine minutes after the resumption of the second half.

    Okrah was back on the score sheet again but his goal was ruled out for offside after he was deemed to have handled the ball in the lead-up to the goal by the versatile referee Rustum Gameli Senorge much to the disappointment of the away side who were seeking their first win away to Kotoko.
    The draw means Prosper Ogum Narteh Kotoko are unbeaten in their last five games but three points adrift of Nsoatreman FC, the current table toppers of the league, their next league opponents.
