Dreams FC did the unbelievable away from home as they pegged Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium through a stunning free-kick from Abdul Aziz Issah’s goal.

Birthday day celebrant, Coach Prosper Ogum Narteh rung several changes to the side that lost to Nsoatreman in midweek, Serge Eric Zeze was handed a starting berth, Prince Adesa was pushed to right back, Mfegue and Kalo Outtara led the attack whiles Danlad Ibrahim maintained his place in the post and as captain of the side.

Kotoko made early incursions through Steve Mukwala but his effort was wide off the post much to the relief of the away club.

Eric Zeze sent a tailored measured pass through to the youngster, Amidu, who tried to dink the Dreams FC goalkeeper, Gidios Aseako but his effort was inches away from the opener.

Abdul Aziz Issah scored a stunning free kick in the 39th minute to break the barrenness of the game which they held on to the half-time break.

Kalo Outtara and Amidu were subbed off for Morrison and Somuah in a bid to provide more steel and energy to the Porcupine Warriors side, down by a goal.

The home side probed for an equalizer through, Mukwala and Somuah but the resolute Dreams FC defense was equal to the task of nullifying the increasing attacks from the host.

The away side held to bask their first away win of the season in six games.

This will be Kotoko’s second consecutive loss in a space of three days while Dreams FC will return to play Great Olympics in game week ten of the betPawa Premier League.
