    Kotoko continued their dominance over Samartex again as Albert Amoah’s first-half goal proved the match-winner between the pair at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi.



    Amoah shot the Porcupine Warriors into the lead in the 31st minute after they controlled large portions of the game and created the best chances within the stretch.
    The former Geeat Olympics attacker seized the moment and punished the Samreboi-based club after a momentary loss in concentration in the opposing half.

    The second half saw a ding-dong affair with both teams threatening by a mile but the score tally remained intact after the referee called for an end of the full proceedings.

    Kotoko recorded back-to-back wins at their adopted home turf, Len Clay as they remain uneaten at the venue.
    The result sees, Kotoko in 2nd place a point behind league leaders GoldStars while Samrtex are 5th with 10  points from 7 games.
