    Karela United picked a vital home win at the expense of Hearts of Oak at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale on Sunday.

     



    A brace from Eric Antwi Konadu saw the host beat the former Ghana Premier League champions.

    Eric Antwi Konadu was at the end of a perfectedly floated cross from Fateh Mohammed  to beat goalkepper Solomon Agbasi in post for Hearts of Oak.

    He profited from a mistake from Solomon Agbasi which allowed him on goal to score his second of the game.

    The win send them to 7th with 20 points as they play Young Apostles in the next league encounter.

    For Didi Dramani and his charges it’s loooking bleak for them as they chace they chase their first win in five outings in the leHearts of Oak, now 6th, will aim to regroup quickly as they prepare for a tricky fixture against Nations FC
