Hearts of Oak played out a goalless draw game against Berekum Chelsea at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium
The home team buoyed by their win over bitter rivals Kotoko were hoping to make it two wins from two games in the league
Coach Didi Dramani effected two changes. Hamza Issah who has left the club for trials in South Africa, is out for Frank Abora Duku and Yaw Baafi Amankwa for the suspended Emmanuel Amnkwah
The home team created a myriad of chances through Mawuli Wayo Baba Adamu, and Martin Karikari, but all these chances failed to beat resolute former Hearts of Oak shot-stopper Eric Alawa Ofir Antwi in post for Berekum Chelsea.
The second half failed to produce any chances at goal for the two teams, with their respective shots off target
The draw sees the home team drop to third on the log, five points adrift Medeama SC, as they play Gold Stars who are up to second on the log with forty-two points.
Samuel Boadu and his charges are a point above the relegation safety net as they play Young Apostles who lost at home to Kotoko
