Mawuli Wayo’s solitary strike for Hearts of Oak was enough to beat Vision FC at the University of Ghana Stadium on Saturday.

The home team have found wins hard to come by after a stretch of three winless games.

They needed a spark to lift the spirit of the fans who have been in a state of restless following a poor string of results.

Phobia’s last win was against Holy Stars away from home whiles they last home win came in game week three against Eleven Wonders.

Hearts of Oak determined to stamp their authority in the game showcased a lot of attacking intent in the game.

There was little to chose from between the two teams despite a late surge for the equalizer from Vision FC.

They went on to lose the game compounding their six games winless run.

Hearts will travel to the north and face Karela United while Vision will be at home to Young Apostles.
