Hearts of Oak failed to cover themselves in glory as they picked yet another home draw against Basake Holy Stars at the University of Ghana Stadium on Sunday.
The title-challenging side failed to create any lethal chances worthy of beating the goalkeeper, Dubi Kassi Tayi.

The attacking trio of Mawuli Wayo, Martin Karikari, and Hamza Issah failed to create anything meaningful throughout the entirety of the game.
The first half ended goalless.

The second half saw a bit of urgency from the Phobians, but that spark was dimmed in the 65th minute when defender Kelvin Osei Asibey was sent off after he clearly denied the attacking HolyStars player a goal-scoring opportunity.
The away team probed for a winner with that numerical advantage, calling Black Stars’ number one goalkeeper Benjamin Asare into several timely saves for his club.
The results leave Hearts of Oak winless in their last four games, as well as their eleventh draw at home in 12 games.

They travel to Kpando to face Heart of Lions. Basake Holy Stars will host Young Apostles in their next league match.
