Hearts of Oak returned to winning ways with a massive away win at Golden City Park against Berekum Chelsea.

Samuel Boadu and his charges have picked just a single win from four games in the ongoing league.

They were presented with an even tougher task against a team that they had been winless against in their last six outings and scoreless as well in the process.

The game sprang to life with twenty-five minutes to end proceedings as Hamza Issah was quick to react to a corner kick to poke in the first goal of the game for the Phobians.

With ten minutes to end proceedings, former goalkeeper of Hearts of Oak, Ofori-Antwi, plying his trade with the home team, was handed his marching orders.

Awuah Mensah, another Hearts of Oak player playing for the Blues, was handed a rather unfamiliar task to keep the post after the home team had exhausted their mandatory five changes in the game.

Mawuli Wayo stabbed the Blues where it hurt the hardest, poking in the second goal from close range as the initial effort cannoned off the post.

Hearts of Oak are up to 3rd on the log and unbeaten in six games in the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
