It was one-way traffic for  Austria as they sieved through the BlackStars with cheeky ease at the Biena Sports Stadium.

Both teams were using this game as a test to fine-tune their preparations ahead of the World Cup.
Coach Otto, making history as the first Ghanaian to take Ghana to two World Cups, started Ati Zigi in post, Caleb. Djiku, Adjetey, Kohn in defense .

Partey was anchored by Sibo in midfield, Fatawu, and Semenyo on the wings with Jordan  and Prince Kwabena Adu as the forward men.
The Black Stars were unfortunate to concede an early penalty as Adjetey was deemed to have handled the ball in the box. Marcel Saitzer scored the resulting penalty in the 12th minute.
In the second half, the Austrians continued from where they left off as Caleb Yirenkyi’s attempted clearance fell to Michael Gregoritsch, who pounced on a looping header to make it two-nil.

Michael Gregoritsch turned provider for Stefan Posch’s third goal of the game in the 59th minute.

Jordan reduced the deficit by a goal, but the host quickly restored their two goals with a well-taken goal from Carney Chukwuemeka, who was assisted by the crafty Marcel Saitzer for the fourth goal of the game.

Nicolas Seiwald put the icing on the cake to finish the game at 5-1.
The Blackstars will look to regroup  and play better against Germany on Monday.
