Aduana Stars made light work of Hearts of Oak in a fierce encounter at the Nana Agyeman Badu II Park.

Goals from Samuel Adams and Abdel Latif Bamba in either half of the game were enough for the hosts to pick all three points against the visitors.

The host struck first on the half-hour mark through captain Sam Adams, who calmly slotted home to give the hosts a deserved lead.

Upon recess, coach Outtara made second-half substitutions, bringing on Adraman Yahaya, Kwabena Boateng, Oppong Afrane, and Karikari for Afriyie Boateng, Ransford Mensah, Theo Collinson, Hussein, and Seth Osei with the view of turning the game on its head.

They created chances, but they were not all clear-cut finishing opportunities to help them to an equalizer.

Ivorian forward Abdel Latif Bamba made his presence felt as he put the game beyond the Phobians on the 88th minute mark, just ten minutes after he was introduced into the game.

The win puts Aduana on 11th with 35 points.
