    Asante Kotoko picked a precious win away at the expense of Aduana Stars at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park on Sunday.

     



    The win comes to an end off four consecutive losses under head coach Prosper Ogun Narteh.

    Patrick Asiedu shot the away side into an early lead on the 10th minute mark with a stunning free-kick that beat the goalkeeper, Joseph Addo in post for the home side.

    Injury returning , Albert Amoah, who missed the last two games for the Reds announce his return with a well  composed finish to wrap things up for his side.

    TThe two side’s pushed each other to the limit but it was the Porcupine Warriors who showed enough resilience, belief to steal all three points against the Ogya boys.

    Kotoko ascend to 7th on the log  18 points from 12 matches, while Aduana Stars down to 14th place.

    The results is set to lessen the amount of pressure on coach Ogum Narteh and his side after reports went rounds that he is set to be sacked if he fails to pick maximum points against Aduana Stars
